WHAT A WEEKEND!

Despite the weather, you came out to participate, volunteer, and support Camp LUCK in a big way!

Our Time Laps tally was just over…

$7,800!

This was a significant contributtion to the $62,000+ raised in the campaign.
And with the additional support from our generous sponsors, we raised over…

$90,000 (WOW!)

to send a bunch of Camp LUCK Heart Kids to camp!

Our deepest gratitude to friends, neighbors,
and some we don’t even know…
Thank you!

2021 Edition Supporting Camp LUCK

BWE Time Laps is back!

Same 24-hour format,
different modes of transportation,
a new motivation.

What is BWE Time Laps?

In June 2020, the Beverly Woods East community — and the surrounding area — came together to run, have some fun, and raise money and awareness for a good cause.

What a weekend! After running over 300 collective miles in 24 hours, we raised over $5,000 and hundreds of pounds of food and paper-goods donations for the South Meck High School Food Pantry.

This year, you can run, walk, bike, scooter… whatever!

Why Camp LUCK?

The Format:

A 24-hour relay — similar to 24 Hours of Booty — will begin at 6 PM on Friday, April 23 @ 6 PM and ends on Saturday, April 24 @ 6 PM.

Participants will ride/run/walk during 1-hour segments from START (3800 Highview) following a 2-mile loop, with a 1-mile lap for adding more miles.

Participants will make as many 1-mile laps as they comfortably can during their segment. See map below.

NOTE: THE COURSE WILL BE CLEARLY MARKED WITH ARROWS ON THE ROAD.

The last hour of the event will consist of a crowd favorite…

HOT LAPS!

Adult participants will ride/run the Short Circuit relay-style to rack up a ton of laps to close it out.

The ultimate goal is for us as a community to accumulate as many miles as possible within 24 hours.

Why?

Because we’ll be raising money to send heart kids to camp!

Donations & Pledges

Time Laps 2 is raising money for Camp LUCK but there is a secondary component.

All of your support goes to Rory Bone’s fundraising team:

BONECRUSHER.

Rory is one of a number of team captains who are challenging each other to raise the most money this year. He would love your help to have him come out on top!

$1200 sends ONE Heart Kid to Camp LUCK for a week.

How many kids can we send to camp this year?

Find information on how to donate below!
